Legend Patch : Mercedes

*Yawn* It's roughly.... 5.06 AM right now. Time for an update.

So yeah, it's the 30th of May, and Mercedes is scheduled to be released today. There's gonna be a patch starting at 0600hrs (+8 GMT) until 1400 hrs. But chances are there's gonna be an extension in time. But maybe that's just me. When I was around there used to be delays most of the time.

Okay first event. To celebrate the arrival of Mercedes, all Mercedes players that reach level 30 by the 17th of June 2012 get a free permanent pink balloon.

You can claim it from cash shop, but do note that the legend balloon will be credited to the first character that enters the Cash Shop, and if you're using a character that has its own exclusive wardrobe in Cash Shop, then you can't transfer it to another account but the same job.

Another event starting from the 30th of May until the 1st of July would be the Legendary Ore event. So basically, it's like one of those previous events that require you to be online in order to get your reward. In this case, you get a Legendary Ore. You'll have to stay online for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes it'll turn into Legendary Gold Ore.

You'll get this event quest at the side of your screen. It'll be in one of the stars, and then you can get the Legendary Ore and wait until the time limit has passed. The rewards aren't really that great, unless you're training or going on a Party Quest. Among the rewards are

Rewards are at random though. I wouldn't suggest doing this quest, but since it's just a wait and see kind of thing, I'd do the quest anyway. So yeah, unless you can't stay online for long, proceed with this quest.

Up until the 1st of July, there will be 7th Maple Anniversary Diary for you to keep track of whatever events are going on. Claim it from Cassandra.

Complete all 10 quests and get a medal xD

A shot at cannon shooter

It's been sometime since my last blog post. I changed the music video on the blog to another song for the time being. Still pondering what else to do. Tiesto suits the mood somehow.

Anyway, onto the blogging!

So Cannon Shooter was released in MaplestorySEA within the past couple of weeks, and I must say it has been fun. At least until the point where I stop playing again. I really have too much things to do *shrug*

SOMEHOW
the ship reminds me of the one from Ghost Rider Party Quest. You are now unaware of that until you read that. I'm just saying.

Then the Jr. Balrog attacks with his Fus Ro Dah and you fly off the ship. The next thing you know is that you wake up on a deserted island and a monkey is raging at you.

Your health is at half and the monkey then tells you to eat an apple. Om nom nom. (Quite literally)

This will be a long story.

At the end, you're going to have to swim to another island and get some explosives to propel his escape craft. Suddenly the monkey joins you.

Then the whole thing explodes and you're in a coma for sometime.

I say coma because Cutter suddenly becomes clean shaven and well done, while you're still the same.

Soon after that you job advance to Pirate (close enough)

So.......... yeah. Came back to Maple for the first time in the past month or so, just to check on things. A lot of things have changed, though my buddy list hasn't changed the slightest XD. Not that I would want it to change. I love my buddy list friends xD.

The last picture I took when I was online was

Moon-Crystal Power. Adds weapon attack and accuracy. I used it for the next thing.

I came online after being invited by my dear friend CryZDit invited me for a round of Zakum. I didn't have much to do. So I agreed xD. Although... we really didn't get to enter. Missed twice, so we took the chance and went for Chaos Zakum.

But first, how things were. First thing I did was log into Time Temple. Then a barrage of welcomes (oh you guys xD). I tried again to get the spiegelmann mustache from Monster Park, but then I realized I couldn't solo the whole thing, so I gave up.

Then CryZDit invited me for Zakum.

But in the end we ended up going for Chaos Zakum. Also, my face changed because of the Random Beauty Coupon. I wasn't that active during the event, so....yeah. I'll upload a picture in my next post about the faces I got. I think around 30 or so.

So yeah, Chaos Zakum! XD

If you look carefully, the lightning struck all but Cross xD. So yeah we were doomed to die. No idea where Cross went though, either he died, disconnected or exited the map.

The three drills of death xD. Chaos Zakum was cheating by using spread attacks, like a friggin stinger in Modern Warfare 3. Puffy died almost immediately. Not surprised. You can't heal yourself(if you're a bishop) inside Chaos Zakum if he casts something. Forgot what, but it's really lethal xD.

Shortly after, I died.

And then CryZDit died. Sad day as we all died and the man keeps all of his hands.

And then we had final words before I went offline xD.

Quick post

First of all, forgive my tardiness. Haven't been blogging like I promised I have. Forgive me. Please.

Following a recent scare (thanks to a few factors) recently.... Well I have no idea if I'm over-reacting or not but I can say that I am in pretty deep shit now. Yeah. So..........whether or not this will be my last post will depend on what happens next this week and next week.

JUMP! patch part 1

Awwww Yeahhhh. It was rather unexpected when there was a new patch last week. Wednesday, I think. Patches aren't that frequent, but they don't really surprise me. However, when I read the patch in detail, I knew that this was something big XD. It caught me off-guard a little when I first read it was regarding the JUMP! patch. Wasn't really expecting it so soon, but who knows. The night before me and my guildmates were at Dragon Rider Party Quest just for the fun of it. It was easy then but after JUMP! it got easier lol.

I disregarded that. Got Warrior Pills (STEROIDSSSSSSS) from Dragon Rider Party Quest Warrior Box.

So in the patch, a whole lot of stuff happened. Gateway change. The image of both the Singapore, now Ares, and Malaysia, now Artemis, gateways were changed, as were the names.

New world selection screen.

Had to re-login to get the free Reset SP scroll. My "use" inventory was full, so I had to dump something and relogin. Took a screenshot without my buffs and skills and stuff XD. Was checking out someone so please don't mind the information. Shoutout to XDrakeSpeaRX for having your information in the screenshot lol xD.

Also, Dark Impale! XD I've been waiting for Dark Impale for a long time now, and how excited I was when I got the skill xD. However, Achilles got removed.

One thing. The JUMP! patch made the Berserk skill slightly different. Instead of the +1 Buster attack, it was replaced by +30 movement speed at max. The 60% damage still stays. But one question, why remove the extra buster attack?

Dragon Blood has been renamed to Dragon Strength and the skill effect has changed. Instead of the +12 weapon attack at max level, it now gives + 60 strength for 200 seconds. 60 strength in exchange for 12 weapon attack is not really that bad. Just really miss the extra weapon attack XD.

No other major changes to the other skills I guess. I was worried about whether or not the price of [Mastery Book] Dark Impale 30 would be too expensive for me to afford. But then, the event that was being held solved my problems XD.

No idea about the Dark Fog mastery book though lol.

Lol This is all for now I guess. A lot more to post, but I'll post that tomorrow (13/2/12). A lot of stuff to do for now so please forgive me XD.
