I know it sounds like fishing -.- But you know what i mean, the mapleSEA website just recently posted something about the recent phishing activity in maple. Have you guys ever gone to kerning city, Free market and Monster Carnival, only to be met with @@@@@@@@www.maplestory.asiaso.net@@@@@@ Free masks reverse weapons @@@@@@ bla bla bla? Yeah well, they've gotten a bit too far to be honest, even to the people who spread that crap, even they say it's too much!(don't ask how i know f3). So here's a guide taken directly from the website

What is phishing?
Phishing is a way of attempting to acquire sensitive information such as usernames and passwords.


Fake Websites are often the common practice of a “phishing” scheme.
Fake Websites can be very convincing. They often use copies of official artwork and logos.

Here are some ways to detect whether you’ve been directed to a fake site.


• How did you get here? Did you follow an email or chat link to get to the site?
If you did, be caution.

• Check the URL: All official Asiasoft sites or related MapleSEA sites use the URL pattern “http://[gamename].asiasoftsea.net“ or “MapleSEA.com“
If a site doesn’t end as stated above, it’s not an official Website.

• No matter what situation, Official Sites will NEVER ASK for your PASSWORD of your passport or game accounts.
No matter in what situation, you should not disclose or share your passwords to anyone, be it to buddies, websites or any other ways.

• Look for blind links and broken or dead end pages:
Look around for ways to get back to the home page or to find other information. If there are no other links on the page and no way to get to any other locations on the site, be suspicious.

• Be careful at “fan” Websites: Most fan Websites are not just what they appear to be.
Some are fronts for scammers. Never use the same name, password and email you use for your passport or game account for a fan site account.

The key here is to always stop and think.

And i believe there has been a breakthrough in the enhancement scrolls. Recently, a few people have gotten bad spells over their enhancement scrolls, including me, which resulted in their equipment being blown up. But when other people are getting bad luck, other "people"(Aka hackers, file crackers etc.) get all the luck from the scrolls, just by editing one minor file in the maplestory folder. I understand that the maplestory administrators have tried hard to make the files UNCRACKABLE , but if they did that completely, they wouldn't be able to update files now would they :) (Maple admins please don't feel offended :X) So how they protect their files are, no doubt, really really good. But there are hackers out there who can achieve much better results, sad to say.

Anyway, i'm getting off the topic. To make it short, Hackers and file crackers and all that nonsense are making all their enhancement scrolls succeed everytime they need them, and fail everytime they sell them. Terrible people yeah? I just hope that the IP from hackers can be traced >_> and the punishment would be electrocution >:D like what happened to me when i wanted to fight krexel >_>

So... yeah, i "MISS"ed the wire, and i still got zapped. ~_~ what the hell man. Oh yeah by the way, i didn't get to fight krexel, i didn't have the required items. And what's more i wasn't sure IF i could kill him. Total hp : 500mil >_> . I'd rather take my chances and go fight zakum instead. Here, you'd have to whack all over the place!

Speaking of which, did you guys notice the corkscrew blow skill looks like a falcon crashing into something? xD

So since saturday i've been having...... High fever, cough, and flu. So yeah i think its dengue or something but who gives a sh** . Anyway, you guys remember about the liar liar event thing rite? Yah, the "scroll" needed to make this thing better..... Turns out it wasn't as easy as i thought it would be hunt-able >_> But the good thing about it is that you can get it at a + 4 rate. For example getting a + 4 luk Pinocchio nose. The bad thing about is, the stats are random -.-. So i'm guessing there is a +4 hp nose also XD. If there's a 4% exp earring nose i would kill for that kind of nose >_>

And the event i wrote about last week, Biscuit House: Witch’s Night Out, is really really hard. Because sometimes you'd just fall off because of the attacks the monsters do, or get stunned and THEN get pushed off the platforms, which makes it really really annoying -.- . And the rewards are really not worth it. A belt that lasts 3 days? -.- You can't be Firetrucking serious!

Even a good belt is useless if its for 3 days only >_> .

So the colour of the belt you get depends on the number of points you have. I got blue, which is 150 points and above

You get purple, you rock \m/ <<< illuminati >_> LOL .  So here's how to get through :P Just whack a bunch of mob until they die -.- But its so friggin hard, because, they can reverse your movements, stun you, and can knockback you into another part of the map.

So marks that are more than 150 are blue xD

Oh yeah and those who are wondering why i've been emo-ing, its cuz i blew up my really really precious spear >_>

System event lol. Which means we don't have to patch again XD. So i heard you should talk to gaga to enter this map. Then you can chose which one of the books you wanna go into. At least that's what i heard ;P This reminds me of the pink bean headband and pink bean overall event a while ago XD. Oh yeah, and each book will have different quests to do.

Oh yeah, and i'm sure many of you guys did the "Liar Liar" event quest from Joyce, the event master and gotten your own Pinocchio noses.

It's a face accessory if i'm not wrong. The last time i did this event i got a + 1 dex nose >_> Which sucked lol but i had nothing on at that time, so i wore it anyway. And the scroll needed to scroll the nose, ok maybe it's not a scroll, it's honey (in my opinionxD) , can be hunted from mobs so you can scroll your nose. I don't know if you will boom it or not XD

And those who are still struggling to get a few rings from the Miwok event, continue. The rings are permanent XD So now all my ring slots are full becuz of the adventurer's critical ring, engagement ring, and 2 Circle of Ancient Strength Rings, both 3 str 2 dex and 2 str 2 dex respectively

Oh yeah and i managed to capture the animation of my reverse shoe leveling up XD

And i blew up my wa 122 spear -.- Damn enhancement scrolls. Not gonna be training for a while >_>

Pink bean chocolates !

Wheeeee. We can get one of these chocolates from any gachapon ANYWHERE in maplestory. But i'd still like to gacha at Mushroom shrine, just in case i don't get the chocolate from gacha, i could get something good from gacha-ing there XD. No wait i got it wrong, you get the chocolate after using a gachapon ticket, how silly of me >:)

So all we have to do , is get 9 different chocolates or melted chocolates. Easy XD. But it's the killing pink bean part that's gonna be hard -.- So if i'm participating, i'm gonna notify someone before i release the beast. Most likely i'm gonna release it somewhere secluded. But after it DOES die, it drops a box for the summoner to pick. Pick correctly and you get awesome crap.

Once you have obtained all the chocolates and have summoned the Pink Bean, you can get to choose 1 special box out of 5 boxes dropped by Pink Bean.

Each box contains different rewards which include:

• Exclusive Special Scrolls
• Reverse Equipments
• Timeless Equipments
• And lastly rare Pink Bean equipments!

Hot air balloons and new guild

So, yeah. To those who live in Malaysia and read the Star Newspaper, you'd notice the flying darth vader hot air balloon. Thats part of an event in Putrajaya that lasted from 17th -20th March, but i managed to go on 20th march only. So sad the Darth Vader hot air balloon wasn't there D: But as far as i saw, there were 3 countries taking part: Hungary, Germany(ftw) and Great Britain. The rest were either not off the ground yet or did not display their flags :P

I feel in love with photography ~_~. But i have better things to do other than maple f3. But hey, watching these beauties in the sky after a rain is really, erm.... Lets just say it makes you want to smile because it randomly reminds you of something :). Too bad I had to leave because it was gonna rain soon :P. And when two balloons crashed into each other(yes there were people inside), everyone kinda laughed, like they were finding it funny. Of course they bounced of and they continued flying around XD. Although there WERE a couple of blimps around. They look fun to play around with. Like scaring your father's friend at his office by driving that thing into the building XD.

Yeah, the picture is kinda blurry D: But hey, at least you can see the 2 blimps in the background XD. Although, i think this competition is held once every few months, but i could be wrong XD. Next time this competition comes, im gonna ask my dad to bring me over there. I don't wanna miss the Darth Vader hot air balloon xD. Oh yeah and my friend says there's a cat hot air balloon. Idk if thats true or not, because when it's not in the air, it's crumpled on the ground D:<.

 Hell yeah the hot air balloon is bigger than the airplane XD. Oh yeah, and if you look closely you'll see the hungarian flag on the side of the hot air balloon XD.

Assumptions... and zakum quest

So my assumption that big bang would come out on the 11th of April was false..... *heartbroken T_T* Lols joking. It was only an assumption. Most of you guys probably haven't noticed but, on the maplestorySEA page on facebook, there is a countdown for big bang at the side bar ! Go check it out F3 I know you will XD. Another 60 days, which makes it's release at around 16th may - 18th may.

Anyway, i tried doing the zakum quest. Wasn't that hard actually. With the information from a few people of course. But what really challenged my patience was the jump quest. Kept knocking me down =.=" . But i eventually reached the end, after about.... 15 minutes or so >_>. And the 3rd part of the quest is still in progress. Another few more teeth to get >_> So here's a step by step guide to the zakum quest, although most of you guys probably done it already >_> .

^Whacking rocks is fun, but you have half an hour to accomplish it >.>

So to get to this place is simple, just go to the entrance of the zakum's altar. Then talk to Adobis. OH YEAH AND BY THE WAY, YOU HAVE TO TALK TO YOUR 3RD JOB ADVANCER IN ORDER FOR THIS QUEST TO GO UNDER WAY. So then you get teleported to a map, with many many holes to go through >_> .

So we have to whack stuff to get stuff. So i got this list from my old guild regarding the position and places to get the crap we have to get . It goes as :

Locations:
4-2:1 key, found via breaking rock.
9-2: 1 key, found via breaking chest.
11-1: 1 key found by chest.
14-1 1 key found by chest.
16-2: 1 key found by chest.
16-3: 1 key found by chest.
16-5: 1 key found by ROCK.
 Get to 16, by going thru number 10.
So the maps are noted according to their names. Which is shown in the first picture. Oh, and of course, hitting the wrong stuff could bring consequences ... Like teleporting you out of the map, which is really really troublesome for me -.- But i'm sure it's the same for all of the others. 

And after you whack all the boxes and rocks, eventually you'll get gold keys, which is placed at this HUGE treasure chest (Some of you may remember it from the MV event a few months ago), and it releases the first piece of the Eye Of Fire.

Oh yeah and extra papers can be used to make Return to Dead Mine scrolls, if im not wrong. I had no time so i didn't do it XD.

Now it's the jump quests that really really annoyed me to the point of quitting F5. But i didn't quit, and eventually got through in 15 minutes.

And although i have vowed to leave out symbology in whatever i write on my blog, i do have to point out the eye in the pillar near the NPC. Who else thinks this is another sign of the illuminati? Ya i've been receiving email from them, but i, apparently, don't give a damn. BRING IT ON, I'M NOT AFRAID OF YOU GUYS. Oh yeah i'm not refering to the guild "illuminati" in aquila, although i will do a bit of digging before i assume anymore...

Next quest was to get zombie teeth! Which are kinda hard to get, unless you're a rich ass, you can buy them from the free market. I, on the other hand, prefer to hunt.

Second shot at DRPQ

While i was gacha-ing Showa Town, My friend invited me for a round of the Dragon Rider Party Quest. I had problems with it due to the fact that a while ago i lost 30% exp, which at time was really really hard to get. But i had almost 0% exp so i went along

I hate the crap i got D:
So when i got there, i neglected the fact that i needed to restock on my potions because, it seemed that i had enough for the time being. And i noticed one thing, I think Dark Knights are the only jobs who hit the ground before flying. Looks kinda good actually :P

But the dangers involved actually start even BEFORE the party quest begins. Watch your mp. When it reaches 0, and ur at the top of the map, the impact from the fall will make you get 5k damage, which is an instant kill for many people :P I died cuz i was trying about berserk >_>

My previous post in December, if i recall, failed to note a bunch of mobs that can be lured to the top. But the damage is really high. 2k or 3k shouldn't be a problem for most of you F3. The Original party was

Ya i realized that only 3 people can't finish things fast D: I didn't take much screenshots when CryzDit was around(forgive me F3) CryZDit could only stay for a few rounds, before he had to afk for a long time D:. So we found someone else to join us, a nightwalker whose level was level 1xx. The damage was pretty high compared to my damage, but he had critical and i only had 5% critical from my ring XD.

We got raped by the mob he lured D: But the exp was good, i gained 500k in a few minutes :P. But i liked the Griffey part. Apparently, the drop rate from THAT griffey was significantly higher than the one outside the party quest. Which made me gain a lot of crap skillbooks D:.

 So i actually tried the Hero's Will(Awakening) skill when i got seduced by the boss. Worked just the way it was supposed to XD.

But it actually ate up a lot of our time, and when i neglected to restock on potions (as mentioned above), i ran out of hp and i died D: Waste of 1% exp XD. But the hp of the boss on the other hand was.... 12mil, which couldn't be finished in more than 1 hour with only 3 people :X. It took me half hour to solo pap, but this boss has damage reflection, 16k per hit D: So we just kept on fighting griffey XD and got raped over and over by the mobs F3.

 Then the solar guy didn't want to continue D: So i dual blade came and helped us out XD. We managed to kill the boss without the shadower(he afk-ed >_> ) But during the next round, we had to rush to the other side, which was impossible. Cuz we kept getting stunned, and that was the end of that D: But the dual blade's thorns made my overall damage about 45k-50k which is awesome XD
