Now we gpq daily

Thanks to our guild leader hermitprew, we are now hosting a daily guild party quest which is pretty... uh... decent i guess. Although it may be a pain for some people who want to train, and ever since i joined the guild, this is probably the 3rd guild party quest i've participated in. The group today consisted of 7 people, 1 without party lolz. The people involved today were :

lHEARTburger (Dragon Knight)
BaRrY ( Bowmaster)
TinyHeart (Cleric)
wadtheblade (Dual blade)
DjWaltz (Evan)
AvengeDragon (Evan)
and FlameVapours (Flame wizard)
(Actually we had 2 today, one failed but we had someone named Dualbladergal in our pt, but she didn't join in the next one)

I died on purpose after i got the earrings, and then i died again becuz i forgot to equip them before i went in again. >.> Anyway the first 10 minutes of what i refer to as the memory game were somewhat easy, given the few times we've done this. But the new ones screw it up occasionally but we're ok with that XD unless they attack the statues on purpose. The gpq i went for yesterday was a total failure. I'm just wondering why the gamemaster has solved the glitch where u click the NPC to let you into the gpq map and you disconnect from the server.

And after a few tries, we finally got the gate open and everyone game rushing in. Which was where most of the fun started. Jump quests and all the others were sometimes reserved for people of the appropriate jobs. Try imagining a dragon knight with, er.... dark sight 8D. That would suck actually without assassinate.... but who cares XD.

And.... my friend died but according to him he had a good luck charm F3 which was good, but i really wanted to see him lose his exp 8D lol im just joking. The ones i like is the room with the 4 jump quest places. I normally take the first one, but when someone is faster than me, i have to pick something else.... like number 2(if i had haste) or number 3.

But soon after that someone disconnected but we were lucky he helped out first. Lucky that DjWaltz didn't take any of the pieces of the next stage. We had to kill a bunch of monsters so they would drop medals and papers or something like that. The food and the wisky we had to do a jump quest to receive. And we were lucky this time TinyHeart could click her inventory. Last time we had a GPQ..... Anyway, while we were putting one of each of the items, we had to protect FlameVapours from being killed by the monsters that were summoned when you arrange the items in the wrong way. Sure enough, we got it wrong twice before clearing that stage.

The next round was a jump quest which took us probably 20 minutes before wadtheblade got through and got the pants of the king or wadever the name was of those pants lol. At that time, he just came in and tried for like 5 minutes and he got all the way through. Which doesn't surprise since he has the skill self haste .... And we all waited outside the door to the boss map. FlameVapours decided to sacrifice himself and soon afterwards, the door to the map opened and we all(except FlameVapours) went inside. By the time, BaRrY said go, i was already hitting the crystal to summon the boss. And a few of us died... But BaRrY was attacking the statues so i decided to attack the boss head-on. 



 Then after a while, Ergoth started sealing up our skills which means TinyHeart couldn't heal and i couldn't use hyper body, which lead to the death of AvengeDragon. And we still continued anyway, but after we killed Ergoth, AvengeDragon disconnected which led to the downfall of the gpq. Since DjWaltz disconnected the 2 rounds before this, we were all sent out for having less than 6 members. AND WE WERE ABOUT TO GO TO THE BONUS ROUND F5 (i heard they have chaos scrolls and SOA skillbooks inside those boxes). I'M SO MAD F5

Update on maple

First time i solo-ed dodo at time temple, and it gave crappy exp and drops. Oh yeah and guys im gonna update the items for sale post cuz there are new equipments up for sale and remove the things that i've already sold. Lots of pm's lately so i had no time to train D:

Anyway, it took me quite a long time to solo dodo becuz i kept missing a lot, even when my base dex was 100 >.> . Took about half an hour and dodo kept sending me out of the map which is really really troubling >< . And recently i have been promoted to Junior master inside my guild Frostbite and am authorised to hold guild party quests with the entire guild. Although some of them like to mess up, i still love my guild and this is the longest time i've been in a guild so far ever since creating this account on July the 28th 2009. As far as i remember the first guild i joined was Labels, followed by Prodigy, followed by 4everheroz, followed by Aureus, and er.... they were good but a lot of the people were inactive F7.

Anyway, if it's possible, i aim to reach level 105 today or at least reach 80% before i slack(which happens a lot now when i'm lazy :D) Because now, the experience rate per chief guardian of memory is like 0.03% and after i kill 3000 of them i'd have like 90% lol.

Sick note(pending)

Hey guys, recently i haven't been able to be as active as i used to be in maple because of the now frequent chest pain and shortness of breath. Although i don't think its serious, I still continue to play hours on maple.

Anyway, according to my friends, a good way to level up is by doing time temple quests, which require you to kill like 999 of each mob in one map before moving on to the others. And since the dual blader patch, a lot of equipments have been dropping from the monsters there. And as far as i've been there, I have collected about 3 pieces of time (hard to get). The equipment i have gotten from the mob at time temple will be on the items for sale(aquila) post. So far i've been receiving a reasonable amount of private messages in maple while i was training.

Anyway, according to hiddenstreet, i have to be level 106 to be able to enter the next map which has the mob pupil of regret. Which means i have another 2 levels before i can go there. Yes, thats right. I'm level 104 now. And i can't choose between to train at mong or to train at chief guardian of memory. Training at mong has a few advantages but with more disadvantages compared to training at chief guardian of memory.

Advantages of mong : a) good exp
                                  b) small map
Disadvantages of mong : a) the speed of the mong is like wtf man
                                      b) the low number of mong that appear after u kill them is pretty low

Advantages of Chief Guardian of memory: a) Nicer drops
                                                                 b) Lesser damage (compared to mong)
                                                                 c) Spawn rate is really high
Disadvantages of Chief Guardian of memory : a) Map is HUGEEEEEE
                                                                      b) When you are luring them and u try to climb a ladder, there
                                                                           is a 80% chance that u will be knocked off the ladder.

So, yeah. I have trouble in knowing where to train. But i don't plan to level up any time soon....

Anyway there was a quest where the temple manager told me to kill DODO, a big whale floating around somewhere inside the temple. And thanks to the help of an Axe Hero( yes axe heros are hard to find nowadays), i managed to finish de quest ^^

Anyway, i tried out the potential scroll that my friend got from the hot time event(lucky man), unfortunately it was a 70% which has a loonnnnnnnnnnnnggggg history of failures(even though its new). So i decided to give it a shot anyway and bought a potential scroll 70% for around 20mil(T_T), and i went to scroll my scrolled pinaka. At that time, i was begging god to let it succeed. And it did.

And thanks to the glitch in maple now, i went to kampung fm, then exited, and ended up in kerning back alley. I then went to the kerning city pot shop to buy the magnifying glasses and look what it did to my pinaka. I don't know whether i should laugh or cry, or whether is this good or a failure to maple.

But overall, this potential system, is pretty decent. Not that i'm complaining or anything but, i wish that the Gamemaster would actually set 70% AS 70% and 90% AS 90%. Because someone used a megaphone and said that he had failed a 90% scroll. At that time i was going like omg wtf? Anyway, I'd like to congratulate all the members of my guild who leveled up so far ( the list is too long. Sorry). And i wish all maplers happy holidays^^

GMs of Aquila

After the Hot Time event today, at +1530hrs, people have been dc-ing and lagging and how the event actually screwed up a lot of things. There's been a lot of people using megaphones to express their hate towards the [Insert insult here] Game masters. I bet other servers in maplesea are up with the same problems of the GMs not resolving and of the laggyness of the servers. And even from the items maplers have gotten from the event, there have been people who are STILL hating against the GM because some people(like me) didn't get anything from the boxes that we got during the Hot Time event. I mean, if there wasn't going to be anything in them, the GM's should write a notice at their website. And as for the laggyness, i, believe i speak for a lot of people, when i say that the GM's are lazing around instead of helping out around the server. Rite now its about 4:16 and the Game masters haven't even restarted the damn server. WTF man. A lot of people are displeased with what the game masters are doing right now. People are mega-ing the GMs, "Shake they're legs" and "lim kopi" . Which is what i really think is going on. What's next? A rollback for whatever the hell we said? Bring it on GMs. The people of maple are unhappy with you guys not PLANNING AHEAD before starting such a CRAPPY event. Some maplers have already started losing items. What are you game masters doing eh? Why don't you guys fix the damn laggy server and help out maplers.. Last time there was a rollback, the Game masters did nothing AT ALL. How is there going to be a Big Bang patch if all the laggyness and dc-ness is still around? And all those rollbacks will make maplers quit. GMs PLEASE THINK. You make maplers unhappy >> Maplers quit >> No people buy cash >> Game masters don't get paid because maplesea wont be getting any income. Someone mega-ed that 99% of maplers hate Game masters. Do you game master's ENJOY BEING LOATHED?  Please game master's of ALL THE SERVERS be realistic and help out the community here. What is going to happen to maple if u game masters do not maintain the law and order of the servers? Do you really want maplers to quit? Being a game master is probably YOUR ONLY PROFESSION. If you game masters DO NOT maintain the server well, maplers will  QUIT and you Game Masters WILL LOSE YOUR JOBS for not doing anything useful or resourceful for the server. You guys really are useless eh? Mass rollback? Mass dc? Everyone in the whole maple world lagging? PLEASE GMS I PLEAD YOU, MAINTAIN THE GOD BLESSED SERVER AND MAKE MAPLERS HAPPY
