Might not be posting for a while

Sorry for the late post :P And my explanation is that my computer has gone haywire >.> All thanks to my brother who did god-knows-what to this computer =.= So this might count as a temporary retirement :P

PvP (GMS)

Well it's been a while since I joined Maplestory and I was wondering when PvP would be released. Of course, it's gonna be a while before MapleSEA gets it, but Global Maplestory got their PvP somewhere within this month, so I came back to Arcania to check it out.

Upon logging in I was confronted with a notice and I made an Aran just for fun :P It reached level 50 immediately.

...I am not taking the time out to train this, but I DID get some free cash items :P

Moving on, I woke up in Edelstein [It was around 4AM (+8:00GMT) at the time], and was greeted by Rosette. She briefly explained Battle Square, but it's largely known as PvP

Notice the notice in the chatbox:
The 2011 Summer Boom Up event is in progress. (Hunting Bonus +20%)

The 20% hunting bonus would be useful in MapleSEA :P

And Claudette notified me a bit too slow because I was already inside Battle Square by the time she told me to find someone named Maximus.

As you can see the Battle Square map occupants are not as much as Monster Carnival's, but nevertheless it's still laggy in there considering I'm not from America >.> .

I lagged very very much ._.

I entered Free For All Mode via Crawson, which is at the top left of the map, and was straight away barraged with laggyness. But it was kinda fun lagging :P People couldn't touch me XD

The problem with the lag is that, I can't touch anyone either ._. So I'm was at last for the better part of the battle. Then I came back up XD, and a few more players joined the room. And the Critical hits are an awesome contributor to your points XD. And I picked up the wrong potion and became a Smirking Ghost Stump ._. HAD TO RUN XD.

That was my first match, so I received a ring after completing it. It expires >.> But the stats are pretty darn good XD

 I went for another run XD But this one's in a different map :P

Not surprisingly Ice Knight wasn't out yet, as it was the same in Korean Maplestory when PvP was released.

So I went and tried Team Match. And was surprised to find out I was the only one in the room.

And it required 3 people in each team to start. We had 6 people in the room and finished with 12 people ._. LOL That means you can enter the room while a match is going on :P The exp the winning team gets is really good, but nevertheless a bit too less for impatient people XD.

Then I went for ANOTHER round F3.

And level-ed up at the end f3

Boredom....

Consumes me as I sit there doing nothing but stare at the ceiling while waiting for my lunch to be baked. Then I went ahead and played around with Enhancement Scrolls. And the end result was this....

.....Shortly after, the spear in the second picture boomed, because of my over-I-don't-care-ness for this spear because the 4 star one has a higher attack. RIP old Pinaka >.>

.... So that's the second one I've boomed since I started a Dark Knight XD.

How many of you guys wanted to check out the stats of someone, only to have your own profile appear but with their stats? This could be linked to lag >.> Which is Abundant in Aquila now XD

Sorry for the long delay in posting by the way as I had nothing much to do >.> And exams are pulling up fast and all I'm doing now is studying (and some drawing to pass the time >.>) So yeah.....Maple got bored for me so I might be doing something else to fill my time.

Gaga related events

I would consider these events a partial failure :P Due to the disconnection of many, many users during the Hot Time Event, Code Breaking Event and the 1.5x Exp Event. Though I'm satisfied with the outcome of the event, both to me and my friends, and of course to others, I kinda feel bad for those who didn't get anything during the events >.>

Ok then, first off. The Gaga Hot Time Event! So all we had to do was log in BEFORE 1400hrs (GMT+) to receive a special box from Maple Administrator. Problem was, people were disconnecting all over the place, so I'm not sure if everyone got what they wanted >_<.

What I got really tested my patience ._. Had to wait for a while to get my SP and AP reset. What's surprising I got Mumu The Traveling Merchant with my box !

I reset-ed my dex by one XD.

I thought the person who mega-ed his shield got it from Hot Time Box XD.

Event Schedule

Event Details

1. This event will be held in game, Henesys Park at channel 6.
2. Prior to Gaga’s Blast of Celebration Event, Players must crack the secret combination of Gaga’s Secret Code.
3. Gaga’s Secret Code is a 4 digits numerical code between 1000 to 9999.
4. Maplers are to break the code by broadcasting the code to Gaga via any type of Megaphones.
5. Upon breaking Gaga’s Secret Code, GM will reveal the Generic Event Code for redemption to everyone inside Henesys Park at channel 6.
6. Maplers are required to login to Asiasoft Passport to redeem a unique 30 digit item redemption code from “MapleSEA Events Code Redemption” Tab by key in the Generic Code given by GM during the event.
   
   
   
   
7. There will be 1,000 rewards worth up to 6 millions Maple Cash in cash items and in-game items up for grabs for each world everyday!
8. A different generic code will be announce in each world.
9. Each Asiasoft Passport ID can only redeem 1 unique 30 digit game redemption code from the MapleSEA Events Redemption Code Tab in AsiaSoft Passport from each generic code that was broadcast during the event.
10. Please copy down the Item Code IMMEDIATELY before you exit the redemption page. You will not be able to retrieve back the unique item code once you exit or refresh the redemption page.

Can't do it twice unfortunately ;_;. But I DID get one item from the event XD. There were roughly about 60k people online all over Aquila at that time (estimated >.>) and they were all trying to get the item codes from the event XD. So desperate :P. Lucky I had my Asiasoft Passport ready next to my Maple at that time, so I got Guardian of Oz XD.

Level 132

Muchhhhhhhhhhh delayed post because I had to prepare for things to come XD. Exams were cancelled and now I have to prepare for the NEXT exam, coming this 8th August. So in the meantime, I have to countdown the days before that day comes :P. My wall is full of papers and lists and all that crap ._.

Haha Anyway what's uppppp guyssssss. I take it that you guys are enjoying Mechanic as much as I am now? Well you are wrong F3, I haven't made a Mechanic yet because I'm still lazing around from my Wild Hunter and my Soul Master. I completely neglected my Dark Knight F3. So I treated him to a day of training and got him to level 132 XD.

And Grats to those who Mega-ed their "achievements" that day, which resulted in the User GameMaster Aquila to join in also XD.

Indeed, grats to UGARaineBlis on Maple Warrior 80 ._. XD. If there were such a mastery book, I'd quit Maple and get on ahead with my life :P.

And earlier on while visiting someone at Kerning Square Mall, someone item mega-ed their wtf-ish stat bow @_@ Really, really lucky to obtain those kind of stats, what's even more surprising is that he says that it was achieved after 15 cubes. ._. wtf

I tried the English School event thing, and I appeared in a....How do you say it? Something like "Wonderland" from Alice In Wonderland XD. I mean seriously, floating words ._. And the question given is gone 5 seconds after entering the room(or maybe that's just my problem) and then you'd have to look for the alphabets needed to spell the word XD

Haha I find it cute that some words are based on some real objects :P Like the C standing for Cheese and the I for Ice, and the X for X-mas. Same goes for this picture

I tried out Mechanic and what my friend said was somewhat accurate. They are indeed moving toasters of mass destruction. Why must all good things on this Earth be slow? XD........... I hate Miracle Cubes f3

I missed putting a bunch of other screenshots in all my other posts but I was so hyped about Mechanic :P By the way, in my previous post, some of the words are hidden because I accidentally used black font colour instead of white XD. So yeah, hope that cleared a few things f3 The same way hackers are clearing maps with the colour yellow.

Down with BERSIH XD. Although some of my classmates agree with BERSIH >.> Screw them f3

Anyway, in my earlier post I put a notice by the Maplestory website about the 6th Maple Anniversary boxes not giving anything after 6th of July = = So I went on a boxing run XD

The only problem is all I kept getting were hats and bandanas and medals >.> I got an Orange Mushroom mount :P It lasts for 7 days >.>

I may have screwed up my cape, but fate has made up for me in the form of scrolls succeeding on my spear xD.

And there are still white scrolls being sold..................... LOL I don't think they work anymore :P

I discovered a glitch in which there are 2 bosses in the Hoblin Party Quest XD

You guys are aware if "Glitch" Hoblin PQ right? Well this happens when someone disconnects inside the map, then you enter with the boss still there. Then Shammos would go ahead and summon another one XD. But if one dies, so does the other Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz ._.
