Wheee laggyness ~

LOL LOL LOL I make it sound like laggyness is a bad thing xD. The only good thing that would come from laggyness is that people would be moving in one spot xD, or in other words "shuffling" F3. Other than that lagging in Maple is a worst case scenario, considering you could die, lose your map, or get disconnected xD.

What's up guys, haven't written anything in a while because I'm kinda busy doing other things :X Same goes for Maple. So please don't ask why I'm rarely online :P And now I'm sick so I might not be able to post for the next few days :X Sorry  to disappoint >.<

3rd job wild hunter xD

After so long a delay I'm finally a 3rd Job Wild Hunter xD. How to do 3rd Job advancement for Resistance characters, is explained in my post from February :" 3rd job mech ".  http://lheartburger.blogspot.com/2011/02/3rd-job-mech.html

But never mind I'll go ahead and explain it again anyway xD. The only things you need are :

You have to be level 70 XD (obviously)
You need the Black wing's hat (bought for 20k 2 maps to the left of the entrance to leven mine)
And 5 minutes of your life to waste xD.

Wasn't joking about the 5 minutes, it's true, takes only 5 minutes to finish all this f3. Provided you are already in Edelstein xD. Oh yeah and upon reaching level 70 you better get your ring quickly before the event is over xD.

Hats can be bought from the Black Wing's 2 maps to the left of the entrance to leden mine map. You can buy it for 20k, but in Global Maplestory it's 100k. First time something from GMS is more expensive than MapleSEA f3.

Then all you have to do is go inside and destroy an Energy Conducting Device, which is cake compared to other mobs xD. Careful though, they can seal up your skills == Most annoying part xD.

And the skills a Wild Hunter gets are also decent, though I maxed the obvious. Not following any builds though.

Silver hawk,  Enduring Fire and Dash N Slash was the ones i added first XD. I think there's another version of Dash N Slash for Battle Mage also. It's like Mechanic's Rock N Shock :P.  And get your secret box from Cassandra before the event is over. Rumours are that the box contains the revolutionary weapon for Mechanic xD. Not sure about that though F3, cuz it's just rumours.

Other than that, nothing much interesting happening in Maple now.

And one last thing, from Thursday until Saturday I cannot be online, so if anyone sees my account running around in maple, that's my friend xD. So i'll see you guys on Sunday. Until then, peace outttttttttt

2x event missed >_>

So yeah, I was busy on Saturday and Sunday so I couldn't really go online during 2x exp and drop periods >_>. My family and I were in Johor attending my dad's friend's son's(f3) wedding. Then I have no idea why we stayed for an extra day = = . But I did enjoy myself xD. Had a good view of Singapore from the hotel where I was staying in Johor, though, there was haze.

So that was a bit off topic but I had to explain right? :P Visited a few places there as well. My dad's friend had a Coca-Cola collection which I take to be at least 50 years old =w= which is kinda crazy :P

Anyway, during 2x on the first day, I managed to reach level 131 (mediocre effort) and 53% before I started packing xD. On 2x though, my friend was level-ing up like crazy = = . Kudos to CryZDit for reaching level 127 after so many hours of brain-numbing grinding F3. And good luck hunting your Mastery Books. You're gonna need it F3.

Too bad I didn't take the picture on time xD. Don't kill me dude F3.

6th Maple Anniversary Boxes. Have any of you guys gotten anything good from it yet? xD Haven't gotten anything much except for the items I showed in my previous post, though I've gotten firecrackers from one of the boxes while training F3.

I'd like to congratulate those who took their time (and I'm sure that's a lot of time) to make their Resistance character reach 3rd Job and 4th Job within weeks of Resistance being released ^^. Another month before Mechanic is released, and another 2 months before my trial exams are near F3. Might as well study while waiting for Mechanic to be released >_>. Grats to SGFatMooMoo on your Battle Mage being such a high level @_@ I envy you F3. But you didn't necessarily have to get caught in your own tornado at the free market xD

And you blasted a bunch of innocent people to pieces @_@

Gonna continue my Wild Hunter later >_> Oh yes I do have a Wild Hunter. Though I have no interest in revealing his name just YET. He's level 6x. You'll have to solve the X yourself xD. After I get bored with my Wild Hunter, Imma train a Battle Mage, which will be made after I reach level 70 with my WH >_>. Might continue either character even after I get the Resistance Rings. If only those rings could stack >_> I remembered that the Lirin Ring and the Explorer's Rings (Mine is critical) couldn't stack AT ALL. Which makes me think that the Resistance Ring most probably WON'T stack with either of the rings. Perhaps it's because it's written there as One Of A Kind? Makes no sense to KEEP more if we can't wear more >_> Hope Asiasoft will fix this F3.

So the attendance check event is bearing some cakes as rewards (NOM NOM NOM) and today, if i'm not wrong, is the 6th day into the event. I wanna get those chairs so much = w = . Lucky enough though, there are 2 such events going on, one going on now, and 1 more happening much later xD.

Here are the details for the Thank You Maplers Event 4 Part 1- Resistance Hot Time!

The stakes are increased for this round of Hot Time!

On this coming Saturday, 4th June 2011, Exactly 1400hrs (+8 GMT) this very minute, EVERY CHARACTER that is in-game will receive a Cassandra’s Supply Box in their inventory!
You have until 2359hrs on the same day to open it up to get the rewards for this event!

In it, contains;

1 X AP Reset Scroll
1 X SP Reset Scroll!

AP Reset Scroll allows you to reset 1 AP (Ability Point) from 1 attribute to another. Choose 1 AP from HP, MP, STR, DEX, INT or LUK and allocate it to another attribute. When SP Reset Scroll is used, it will reset all your Skill Points except your beginner’s skills back into your Skill Points Pool!

This is not enough to cover for the 3 Gun attack power scrolls i got from Crimsonwood party quest that day = =.  What's uppppppppppppppp guys (and stalkers F3 whichever comes first). haven't blogged for the past few days so i might as well blog now. I might not be online on saturday and sunday though ;_; I have to attend a wedding in Johor, near singapore . If i'm lucky i can stowaway on a train to Singapore xD and not end up in Azkaban F3. <<<< My friend's joke ._. Thought it was funny at first though xD. Anyway, since i won't be online on saturday and sunday, i'll miss out on the Attendance Check! event ;_;

I love the cute little sticker stamp over there >w<. In this event, you get an attendance book, which you have to give to Grendel the really old. I did the event and got strawberry cakes = w =. I wouldn't mind if it were in real life (Although i have no idea where to put them), but giving such a reward in maple is kinda sucky :/. Never mind, it beats getting nothing xD. It saved me from dying F3 ONCE.

So yeah, I'm getting much better luck with the Maple Anniversary boxes now xD. I got a Maple Pyrope Shooter(yay for my to-be-Mechanic ^^), a Maple Karstan (so sad no Aran @_@) and a Maple Bandana Yellow (Not good since I have a Scarlion Helmet).

So yeah, regarding the post I wrote some time ago ( I think it's one month ago) about me quitting, I guess I might be back for good :P But i have to get rid of some crap in my inventory so.... Oh and by the way, I might have to be inactive (INACTIVE NOT QUITTING) for a while since I have trial exams coming up on the 1st of August, Form 3 Malaysians should know what trial it is. I hope you guys are prepared XD. I will get All A's when PIGS FLY :D

Too late their flying already I'm gonna get straight As ^_^ (F3). And apparently you can get seduced by the Dragon Rider after leaving the map =w= If you get seduced you straight away fly to the top of the map xD.

I hope my sister can help me get ready for Form 4 next year >_> I better get a headstart on Physics, Biology and Chemistry XD. But I, in any way, have no idea how people can memorize the Periodical Table of Elements -.- I know a few basic ones xD But Cyanide has not been included. And good luck for the hot time event guys ^^

Haha what's up guys, it's been a few days since my last post O_o Wanted to know if you guys started a resistance character or stayed with your original character. As usual there's this one guy, who is going to reach level 200 ahead of the others (no surprise if he doss) as he did with Aran, Evan and Dual Blade. And they all end with M4ster or something like that xD. That guy must have a lot of time on his hands to actually be able to train so many accounts in such short times.

Althought I am suspicious that this guy could be him xD

Since 2x has been removed and genesis no longer spam-able, I feel bad for those who are trying to reach higher levels. Well, tough luck F3. Level-ing up your way is your own HONEST work so everytime you level up on your own effort, you should feel proud F3. Instead of reaching high levels with hired hands F3.

.....I am gonna get a few trolls for that previous sentence F3. Speaking of Resistance, Have any of you guys found Von after the game of hide n' seek with your friends at the beginning of your character? Credits to Just1nCase for actually finding him O_o I don't think anyone found him( but if you did then big grats for you F3). Although he likes to take many things into particular F3.

After J rescues you and Vita the Test Subject, you can find him at the top. Although I think it's too late for all those high level Resistance characters already xD.

I still haven't decided on what to make, either Battle Mage or Wild Hunter. Battle Mage has the advantage of speedy attacks and party-helpful buffs. Wild Hunters have the advantage of damage and self-buff-ness. Bad things about both sides. Battle Mage : Not bad at damage but are somewhat vulnerable to more damage as they have to go up front to delivery blows to the enemy. Wild Hunter : The current problem is the Ricohet skill. It's a good mobbing skill, but there's a catch. Everytime you attack a monster that is on a higher platform than you are (even if it's just a bit) and you use Ricohet, you will disconnect. Battle Mage : Disadvantages would include slow moving rate compared to Wild Hunters, making them more prone to getting KS-ed by Wild Hunters. Wild Hunters : Problem leads back to Ricohet. When you disconnect, you have a chance of actually losing the map that you were training in, in which case you would be screwed if you did xD. Battle Mages and other Jobs seem to take advantage of this xD.

So i'm struggling here, thinking on which job to pick. Battle Mages, are, I don't know why but, hated by some people. I seriously don't know what is there to hate about Battle Mages. So if a Battle Mage Ks-es you, that person is bad, not the entire job.

The Revolution weapons are really really useful for now lol

And the laggy-ness and the disconnection issues in maple are getting even more serious = = . Sure now logging in is easier compared with before, but what's the use if you keep disconnecting everytime you try to do something = =. No fun, no fun at all. I disconnected and this popped out = =

So yeah, now maple anniversary boxes are being dropped all over the maple world by mobs. I got one this afternoon , and got something unexpected.

Reverse scroll 1% = =.  LOL It might be useful for something one day. But not for now. Someone was lucky to get a Maple Pyrope Rohen D:
